Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication disorders.
- Support bilingual students, collaborating with families and staff to facilitate access to learning and language resources.
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and educational planning as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Travel within the district as needed to manage a district-wide caseload.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records in adherence to school and state guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois.
- Current Illinois Educator Certification.
- Experience in a school setting, particularly working with bilingual or multilingual students, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite and maintain a flexible, student-centered approach.
