Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Active state SLP license, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or elementary school caseloads highly desirable
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Familiarity with IEP processes and developing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Conduct both individual and small group therapy sessions
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to support carryover in the classroom and at home
- Effectively manage full-time hours to support a diverse caseload
