Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within elementary schools
- Strong understanding of IEP development and goal tracking
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary student caseload
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging therapy environment for all students
