Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings
- Ability to obtain or complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for coverage across designated areas
- Comfortable with onsite roles—remote work is not available
- Availability for a Zoom interview as part of the selection process
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to students in assigned schools
- Manage a diverse caseload, adjusting to maternity leave coverage and working with itinerant students in the spring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and track student progress
- Support students’ communication goals and foster successful educational outcomes
