Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Provide guidance on communication strategies for classroom success
