Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP roles
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Will consider SLP Clinical Fellows if on-site supervision is available
- Flexibility to work with different student populations and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other therapy professionals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions—onsite or via teletherapy
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
