As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with educators and families to advance speech, language, and communication skills. Your contributions will be integral in helping students achieve their fullest potential in and beyond the classroom.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure
- Preferred previous experience working in elementary school settings, but various roles across K–12 available
- Comfort performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to support potential ESY assignments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in grades K–5, with opportunities to work in other grade levels
- Consult with classroom teachers and families to support integration of therapy goals into daily routines
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
- Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments tailored to each child’s needs
Pay rates for these opportunities range from $36.52 to $50.62 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment to students’ success.
