Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pittston, PA

This dynamic role offers the chance to provide critical services initially by covering maternity leaves in Lackawanna County. Come spring, your focus will shift to working with itinerant students in the Dunmore area. Qualifications:
- Valid and active Pennsylvania SLP License is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated school-based experience
- Ability to obtain or complete all necessary PA clearances
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned locations
- Commitment to onsite service (this is not a teletherapy/voco position)
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across various school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to design individualized intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and track student progress, maintaining effective documentation
- Adapt quickly to new environments and caseloads, supporting both temporary and longer-term placements
