Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student goals and IEP requirements
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate communication strategies into daily activities
- Participate in IEP meetings to share evaluations, recommendations, and progress reports
- Provide consultation and educational support to school personnel and parents
