Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and maintain progress records
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
