Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP License and relevant professional certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Experience working with children with multiple disabilities encouraged
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
Your Role:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to early learners in ECSE settings
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Use research-based interventions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language development
- Maintain precise records and deliver ongoing progress updates
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to professional development activities
