Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license and professional certification required
- Completion of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention with school-aged students
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress for students
- Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring effective advocacy for students’ needs
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Offer guidance, resources, and education to families and colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary team
