Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Jordan, MN

With an immediate start and the academic year running through June 6, 2025, this role offers consistency and professional growth in a dynamic school setting. Enjoy working 30-32 hours each week, with flexibility to choose between a four-day (Monday-Thursday) or five-day (Monday-Friday) schedule—tailored to fit your needs. No summer hours means you’ll have well-deserved time off at the end of the school year, with potential to extend your assignment for the following year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Minnesota licensure as SLP (CCC or CF), or SLPA
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings
- Previous school-based or teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with staff and families
- Ability to manage a diverse K-8th caseload, providing services at two different sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-8 students
- Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams across schools
- Utilize evidence-based practices, adapting for in-person or teletherapy as needed
- Support students’ academic and social-emotional development through effective intervention plans
