Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Belle Plaine, Minnesota

This contract position is conveniently located near Belle Plaine, MN, and spans two sites—offering you the chance to make a meaningful difference across varied school communities.
This role allows for flexibility: work 30-32 hours per week, over four days. Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle, either Monday through Thursday or Monday through Friday, based on your preference. The assignment runs from your earliest availability through June 6, 2025, with no summer hours required. Dedicated SLPs, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), are encouraged to apply. There’s also the exciting possibility to extend into the following school year.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), SLP-CF, or current SLPA credentials
- Experience working in K-8 settings or with pediatric populations
- Strength in teletherapy, in-person, or hybrid service delivery
- Willingness to travel between two school sites within proximity
- Excellent communication, case management, and collaboration skills
- Up-to-date state licensure or eligibility to obtain
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation that complies with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required
