Step into a contract opportunity working with an early childhood caseload as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. Based in the Blaine, MN area, this position will focus on supporting children ages 3-5 within an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) setting. You will make a meaningful impact as part of a dedicated district team, providing vital communication support to young learners.

The assignment runs from August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • School-based SLP experience, ideally with early childhood populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an educational team
  • Current resume must be submitted for consideration

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to ECSE students ages 3-5
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in meetings, team planning, and ongoing professional development
