Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary populations, particularly with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseloads
- Ability to provide direct therapy, implement IEPs, and conduct assessments for children ages 3-5
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and parents
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop/implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Support inclusion and differentiated instruction within classroom and small group settings
