Key Details:

- Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—about 20 hours weekly, based on workflow.
- Caseload requires balancing consult hours (1,085) and direct service (750).
- All services are in-person—no virtual-only service models permitted.

Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
- Previous experience providing speech/language services in a school setting strongly preferred.
- Understanding of IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to organize workloads efficiently and build positive relationships with students and staff.
- References must be provided before the offer process; please have them prepared in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct and consultative speech/language interventions.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the student services department.
