Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking two qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join supportive school teams for the 2026–2027 school year. Both positions are full-time, onsite opportunities beginning in late November 2026 and will split time between a middle school and an elementary school.
These assignments are expected to continue through the end of the 2026–2027 school year and offer an excellent opportunity for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support students across multiple grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary and middle school students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide services across both an elementary and middle school campus
Manage responsibilities and services across two assigned school sites
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
