What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state SLP license (must be submitted with your profile)
- Previous experience serving school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and school-based compliance
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on best practices and student goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate records and reports
