Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP certification or license (required)
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those pursuing their CFY
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and conducting evaluations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to a diverse caseload, which may change based on student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
- Conduct comprehensive initial and triennial assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all administrative requirements
- Provide ongoing consultation to staff and parents as part of integrated student support
