Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active California SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will also be considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, though all clinically strong applicants are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to K-12 students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and share findings with IEP teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive support
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, progress reports, and related paperwork
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student-centered decision-making
