Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload while complying with deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, goals, progress, and service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school staff trainings as required
