Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families for comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences as required
- Provide consultation and resource support to school staff as needed
