Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Ohio licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong CF candidates
- Previous experience in a school setting or a genuine interest in working with school-age children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students PreK–10th grade
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services across three school buildings
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
