What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings, ideally with elementary and/or secondary students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassion and adaptability in addressing a variety of student needs
- Ability to work onsite and manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students in line with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and document progress for each student on the caseload
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
You’ll be onsite, working 35 hours per week for the entire school year, allowing you to build meaningful connections with students and staff. With three SLP professionals supporting each other and a manageable caseload, this is an ideal opportunity to make a lasting impact while further developing your skills.
