Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting advantageous
- Strong understanding of therapy practices, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students with communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams
This full-time contract role (26–27 hours per week) ensures you can build strong rapport with students and see the results of your work throughout the school year. The district values dedicated providers eager to make a meaningful impact in students’ educational journeys.
