Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Brazil, Indiana

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- State licensure (or eligible to obtain) and relevant clearances
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to students with diverse needs, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as required
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective communication strategies across settings
- Prepare detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and consultative support to faculty and caregivers
