Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Brazil, Indiana

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for CCC-SLP or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience providing therapy in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (teachers, specialists, families)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
