Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oakville, Washington

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in healthcare or school settings, preferably with pediatric populations
- Skilled in teletherapy and school-based SLP services
- Comfortable managing therapy for students across a range of needs and abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy virtually to PreK–2nd grade students, coordinating with an on-site SLPA
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Document therapy sessions, monitor progress, and update records regularly
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Adapt interventions for students in high-needs programs to ensure accessibility and effectiveness
