Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Tecumseh, MI

Required Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Background in school-based therapy or teletherapy
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AAC devices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and service teams
- Strong organizational skills in managing a caseload of students across K–12
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services—individually and in groups
- Utilize and program AAC technology for eligible students
- Evaluate students’ language, articulation, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals, progress reports, and documentation
- Consult with teachers and family members to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
