Speech Therapy - Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Deliver essential speech therapy services to individuals in a home health setting, focusing on personalized, direct patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive therapy plans that enhance patients’ communication and swallowing abilities, making a positive impact on their daily lives and independence.
Schedule/Hours:
- Contract assignment
- Specific interview availability is required and must be provided at profile upload

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) license and credentials
- Previous experience delivering speech therapy, preferably within a hospital or home health environment
- Strong ability to work independently in patients’ homes while collaborating with agency team members
- Skilled in assessment, therapy intervention, and documentation for diverse patient populations
- Willingness to travel and provide services throughout assigned territory (note: candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility location are not eligible)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for clients
- Provide speech therapy interventions focusing on patient-centric goals and outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in case conferences and care coordination meetings as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, safety, and continued progress
- Adhere to all agency and regulatory requirements for speech therapy services
