Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Orland Park, IL

This onsite, full-time opportunity is available for the 2026–2027 school year, supporting students’ communication and learning outcomes in partnership with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows will be considered)
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility highly desired
- Experience working in pediatrics or school-based settings is advantageous
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services addressing communication, articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing collaboration with teachers and families
- Provide education and guidance on communication strategies to support student progress
