Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active enrollment in or recent completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working within hospital or acute care settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of varying ages and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments and interventions in a hospital environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans
  • Apply behavior analysis techniques to reinforce and support speech and language development
  • Track, document, and share patient progress and outcomes with healthcare teams and families
  • Educate caregivers and fellow clinicians on therapy approaches and behavioral support strategies
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, and ethical standards within the scope of practice
