Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students? Soliant is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Contractor to join our team and provide essential services to students in need of speech and language support.
Job Type: W2 Contract
Location: Maplewood, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
- Provide speech therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- New Jersey state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for helping students overcome speech and language challenges.
