Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations in various settings, including schools, healthcare facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- New Jersey state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or adult populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
