Position Details
- Full-time positions
- Elementary school setting
- Assigned to 1–2 schools
- Manageable caseloads of approximately 30–36 students
- Direct therapy service delivery
- Onsite services required
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students in achieving communication goals outlined in their educational plans
- Implement treatment plans and therapy activities
- Maintain documentation and progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Participate in team meetings and support student success across school settings
Qualifications Required
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
- Ability to work onsite in the assigned school locations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
