Qualifications:
- Must hold current SLPA credentials/certification
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and school-based documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct intervention services to K-12 students as directed by supervising SLP
- Support ongoing communication goals across a varied caseload
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, other special service providers, and families
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist with development and adaptation of therapy materials
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as appropriate
