Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in New Waverly, TX

Your role centers on conducting speech-language evaluations, participating in ARDs, and providing therapy—all at one elementary campus. You’ll work closely with students, teachers, and speech-language pathologists to foster communication growth and meaningful progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license required
- Previous experience supporting speech-language services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing onsite services exclusively
- Ability to effectively document student progress and interventions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy according to IEP goals
- Assist with evaluations and prepare documentation for ARDs
- Collaborate with supervising SLP, educators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services and student progress
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning climate
