Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Professionalism and reliability in maintaining records, confidentiality, and supporting diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group speech-language therapy sessions under the direction of an SLP
- Assist in administering screenings and informal assessments to identify students’ needs
- Carry out intervention activities as outlined in individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collect data and help prepare progress reports for student performance
- Maintain accurate documentation following district and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP, teachers, and families to foster student progress
