Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Valley Springs, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or completion of an AAS degree in an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license or certification
- Strong skills in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially under pressure
- Comfort working with diverse student populations and families
- Willingness to travel between multiple school sites within the district as needed
- Onsite attendance required; this is not a virtual or remote position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students, following each student's IEP
- Collaborate regularly with supervising SLPs and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Engage in a positive, proactive manner with staff, students, and families
