ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026/2027 school year!
Position Details
- Full school year assignment (2026–2027 SY)
- Elementary students only
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Daily onsite assignment
- Average caseload of 55 students
- Caseload shared across 2 supervising SLPs
- Supportive team environment with consistent supervision and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Support students with communication goals in school-based settings
- Assist with therapy preparation, documentation, and student progress tracking
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
Qualifications
- Active SLPA license/certification in the state of assignment
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping elementary students thrive academically and socially
Estimated Pay: $39-45/hr
