Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Winton, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent.
- Active SLPA license or eligible for licensing in California.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and adaptable to changing school needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services as prescribed by supervising SLP.
- Assist with developing and implementing communication goals for students.
- Document student progress, maintain accurate therapy logs, and support compliance with IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student achievement.
- Contribute to evaluations, reports, and meetings under supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow school district and ethical guidelines.
