Speech Pathologist Assistant in Irvine, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required
- Experience working in school or pediatric healthcare environments preferred
- Understanding of speech, language, and communication development in children
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to support and implement IEP goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support services to K-5 students based on individualized education plans
- Assist with direct and indirect therapy activities as assigned by supervising SLP
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school procedures
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student achievement
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events as required
- Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that fosters confidence and progress for all learners
