Skills, Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are a plus, but not mandatory

- Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills
- Passion for helping children and teens improve their language and communication skills
- Open to recent graduates and experienced professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain detailed records
- Assist with therapy material preparation and classroom activities
- Communicate regularly with team members and caregivers
- Work with students across K-12th grade
- Foster a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
