Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Experience supporting speech-language services in school settings preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with a diverse, K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language support services to students under the guidance and supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collect data and document student progress toward speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication development
- Adapt activities and materials to suit student needs across different grades and learning environments
