- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are a plus, but not required

Role Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Work directly with students, providing interventions, follow-through activities, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and therapists to reinforce communication strategies and skills in classroom settings
- Assist with collecting and documenting data to track student progress and ensure compliance
- Prepare materials and schedule sessions for efficient caseload management
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required throughout the school year
