Pediatric Speech Pathology Assistant - Richland, WA

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, student-centered speech therapy services under a licensed SLP’s supervision
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
- Transform IEP goals into meaningful, measurable progress
- Accurately document therapy sessions and track student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote all-around student success
Qualifications:
- Washington SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Positive, empathetic, and dependable presence in the school environment
- School or pediatric experience welcomed, but not required
