Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support services to a caseload of approximately 12 K-8 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing and documenting therapy sessions according to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, caregivers, and school staff to ensure positive student outcomes
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects and honors cultural backgrounds and traditions
- Support ongoing progress monitoring and data collection
