Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students across assigned schools.
- Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and educational staff to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and outcomes.
- Adapt therapy techniques based on student needs and developmental levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.
- ASHA SLPA certification preferred.
- TEA fingerprints clearance is mandatory prior to start date.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting is preferred.
Location: Conroe, TX (Houston metropolitan area)
Assignment Type: Full-time contract through May 22, 2026
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 35 hours per week
