Key Qualifications Required:
- Active Arizona SLPA license (must be current and in good standing)
- IVP Fingerprint Card (current and valid)
- Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, ideally in school-based settings
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations in grades PreK-8
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work onsite, meeting in-person service needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with lead Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Assist with the preparation and adaptation of therapy materials
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support student growth
- Communicate with families and staff regarding student progress and needs
