Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Richmond, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Richmond, California. This position will support students in an elementary school setting while working under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Position Details:
Full-Time
Onsite in Richmond, CA
Elementary school setting
Provide direct speech and language services under SLP supervision
Implement treatment activities and IEP-related goals established by the supervising SLP
Collect and maintain student progress data
Assist with therapy materials and activities
Collaborate with the supervising SLP, teachers, and educational team
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
Requirements:
Appropriate education/training required for SLPA practice
Active or eligible California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant registration
Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Strong communication, organization, and student-engagement skills
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Comfortable working with elementary-aged students
