ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school team in Redding, California for the current school year. This position will support an elementary caseload and provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Position Details
Elementary school caseload
Full-time opportunity
Start ASAP
Competitive pay of $40–$45/hour, based on experience
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and other school staff
Provide direct speech and language services to students
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
Track student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
Participate as part of a multidisciplinary school team
Qualifications
Active California SLPA license/credential
SLPA experience preferred
School-based experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and school staff
