- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and all required clearances
- Background working in school settings (especially Early Intervention) or healthcare environments
- Enthusiasm for supporting communication development in early learners
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct therapy services to students in Early Intervention programs
- Collecting data and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with SLPs, special education staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize student success
- Maintaining compliance with state and district policies
